I'm Matt Semrick — personal trainer, strength and movement coach, and founder of First Move Fitness. I've spent 29 years working with people at every point on the spectrum: beginners, athletes, older adults, and more than a few who arrived claiming to hate exercise with the burning passion of a thousand suns.
