We train together in the gym. You get hands-on cueing, spotting when it matters, and access to a wider range of equipment. Ideal if you're in the Louisville area and want the most tactile version of coaching.
Virtual — Live Over Video
Scheduled one-on-one sessions over video, coached in real time. I see every rep, call out adjustments as they happen, and build your program around the equipment you actually have. Same attention — no commute, no location limit.
What to Expect
Training That Meets You Where You Are
Every client — in the gym or on a video call — gets the same thing: my full attention and a program built specifically for them.
Your first session starts with a thorough movement assessment — not a clipboard checklist, but a real look at how your body moves, where you're strong, and where there's room to improve. From there, I design a program that addresses your specific needs: building strength, improving mobility, working around old injuries or an insane schedule or all of the above.
During sessions, I coach every set. I watch form, adjust in real time and — for those who want it — explain the why behind each exercise we do. No going through the motions — you'll understand what you're doing and why it matters. Virtual clients get the same eyes on every lift; location is the only difference.
Training is progressive — each session builds on the last. But sometimes life gets in the way. You're wiped out, overstressed, running on fumes. On those days, we dial it back toward recovery. We're still working — we're just working smart enough not to get hurt. Over weeks and months, you'll notice the changes — not just in the mirror, but in how you move through your day. Carrying groceries, playing with your kids, climbing stairs without thinking about it. That's the goal.
